Edna Domingo received her PhD in Nursing at the University of San Diego. She was a professor at California State University, San Bernardino until she retired in 2006. She taught at Azusa Pacific University school of Nursing. She has an expertise in Curriculum Development for nursing programs. She is a BRN approved CEU provider for Faculty Development. Her strong academic background helped diversified nursing graduates become successful with their NCLEX passing the first time. Her passion reaches out to the diverse needs of international graduate nurses who speak English as a second language as well as those English speaking nursing graduates who are struggling to pass NCLEX.
